	Benjamin Franklin LANGSTON was born July 2, 1845.  He married Almeda M. Langston,
daughter of Absolom and Mary Langston, December 19, 1872 at Warren, Arkansas.  He enlisted in 
Company "C" 5th Arkansas.  Rank:  Private.  He died April 3, 1899.  Burail:  Oakland Cem. 
Bradley County, Arkansas.


	Henry M. LANSDALE was born about 1828 in Pike County, Alabama.  He enlisted in 
the 19th Arkansas Infantry and Company "D" 24th Regiment Arkansas Infantry.  He died November 
1864 at Memphis, Tennessee.


	James Samuel LEE was born August 20, 1847 in Bradley County, Arkansas, the son 
of Josias and Mary T. Jones Lee.  He married (1) Amanda I Pirtle, daughter of Ira S. and Julia 
Tindall.  He joined the army July 1864 and served in Company "B" Flippin's Battalion.  He was 
disbanded May 1865 at Camden, Arkansas.  He was a Democrat, a Baptist and died September 23, 1926.
Burial:  Oakland Cem. Bradley County, Arkansas.  Children:

	Jesse B. LEE enlisted in Company "E" 9th Arkansas Infantry.  Wife:  Martha.  
He died September 1867. 


	D. W. LESLIE was born April 23, 1845.  He enlisted in Company "C" 19th Arkansas.  
Rank:  Private.  He died December 21, 1925.  Burial:  Hickory Springs Cem. Bradley County, 
Arkansas.


	Samuel D. LESLIE enlisted in Arkansas and died four months later in the hospital
in Kentucky.  He married Martha Jane Adams, daughter of Aaron M. and Eliza Jane Etheridge Adams.

	John D. LYNN was born January 23, 1846 in Chester County, South Carolina, the 
son of Robert Robertson Lynn.  He married Lucy Dingler, in Bradley County, Arkansas June 1898.
He joined the army June 1863 and served in Company ""C" Hardy's Regiment and was disbanded at
Marshall, Texas May 1865.  He was a Democrat and died September 10, 1925.  Burial:  Moseley 
Cem. Bradley County, Arkansas.  Children:

	James Woodson LYON was born April 17, 1847 in Pearson County, North Carolina, 
the son of John M. and Melinda Price Lyon.  He married Theodocia Morris, daughter of William and
Eleanor Morris, November, 1869 at Warren, Arkansas.  He joined the army April, 1863 and served
in Company "B" 2nd Arkansas Regiment and was disbanded in Texas June, 1865.  He was a Democrat
and died January 14, 1931.  Burial:  Good Hope Methodist Church Cem. Bradley County, Arkansas.

William Francis MACK was born May 7, 1839 in Tallapoosa County, Alabama, the son of William and Martha Ann Galloway Mack. He married (1) Mary Elizabeth Hughes, daughter of William Hughes, August 1865. (2) Nellie Bright Barnett, daughter of John Bright, 1903 at Morrilton, Arkansas. He joined the army 1861 and served in Company "C" 11th Arkansas Infantry from 1862 to 1865. Rank: GM. He was a Democrat, a Baptist and died September 6, 1914. Burial: Oakland Cem. Bradley County, Arkansas. Children: 1. William Athlone 2. Isham Havis m. Lula Hays 3. Francis Calloway m. Stella Turner 4. Joseph m. Myrtle Thomas 5. Claude Bailey 6. Cora m. Lex Wheel 7. Beulah 8. Charles William Lafayette MANN was born December 28, 1838 in Pike County, Alabama, the son of John Watts Mann. He married Kitty Jane Hooks, September 10, 1857 in Pike County, Alabama. He joined the army June 1861 and served in Company "I" 2nd Arkansas Infantry and disbanded April 1865. Rank: Private. He was a Democrat, a Methodist and died March 10, 1925. Burial: Outlaw Cem. Bradley County, Arkansas. John R. MARTIN enlisted in Company "A" Mississippi Cavalry serving from 1862 - 1865. Wife: Josie. He died December 29, 1915. William Warren MARTIN was born June 10, 1846 in Leak County, Mississippi, the son of Joseph martin. He married (1) Jane Ferrell (2) Edna Craig, daughter of Thomas and Malinda Craig. He joined the army May 1862 and served in Company "D" Arkansas Cavalry. He was disbanded near Tyler, Texas 1865. Rank: Private. He was a Democrat, a Methodist and died April 22, 1917. John Arthur Franklin MATTHESS was born May 9, 1844 in Simpson County, Mississippi, the son of Harmon and Mary Gates Matthess. He married Susan Guynon, daughter of George and Julia Matthess, in Simpson County, Misissippi. He joined the army in September 1861 and served in Company "A" Mississippi Battery. He was surrendered in Meridan, Mississippi April, 1865. He was a Democrat, and a Baptist. Burial: Oakland Cem. Bradley County, Arkansas. Children: 1. George Harmon 2. Pearly Eveline m. Ike Clanton 3. MCCLAIN enlisted in Powell's Company Alabama Guard Duty. M. M. MCCLAIN enlisted in Company "I" 2nd Arkansas Infantry serving from 1861 - 1862. Rufus Bratton MCCLAIN was born January 17, 1846 in York County, South Carolina, the son of Almoth and Margaret Muskelly McClain. He married Catherine E. Smith, daughter of William and Mary Smith. He joined the army and served in Company "H" 1st South Carolina Regiment. He was disbanded at Greenborough, North Carolina, April 1865. He was a Democrat, a Methodist and died November 29, 1929. He married Mary Wolem, daughter of William Wolem, in Warren, Arkansas December 7, 1885. He joined the army 1863 and served in Company "C" 19th Arkansas Regiment. He was disbanded at Marshall, Texas 1865. He was a Democrat and died April 27, 1916. Children: 1. Thomas Jefferson 2. Alfred Franklin 3. Charles Marks 4. Maude 5. Mamie 6. Lula A. MCDIARMID enlisted in Company "K" 38th North Carolina serving from 1861 - 1865. He died March 12, 1912. R. M. MCDOUGALD enlisted in the 20th Arkansas Infantry serving from 1863 - 1865. Wife: M. J. He died February 15, 1910. James Madison MCDOWELL was born September 8, 1841 in York County, South Carolina, the son of Samuel and Mary Smith McDowell. He married Margaret Jane Ware, daughter of William and Mary Ware. He joined the army April 1861 and served in Company "H" South Carolina Cavalry and was surrendered at Rock Hill, North Carolina April 1865. Rank: Private. He was a Democrat, a Presbyterian and died March 20, 1926. Burial: Oakland Cem. Bradley County, Arkansas. Children: 1. Susan 2. John 3. Sallie Nox m. Robert Lee Bradley R. P. Henry MCGIVNEY, JR. was born in 1832, a son of Henry McGivney. He married Ann Elizabeth Coleman, daughter of Robert C. and Nancy Coleman. He enlisted in Company "K" 4th Mississippi Infantry serving until he died April 18, 1865. Alexander MCKINNEY was born 1811 in York Township, South Carilina. Wife: Nancy. He enlisted in Company "C" 5th Arkansas Regiment in 1863 and was paroled as a prisoner of war May 9, 1865. Children: 1. David J. 2. William M. 3. Martha 4. John 5. Mary 6. Leonidas C. David J. MCKINNEY was born 1836, son of Alexander and Nancy McKinney. He enlisted in Company "C" 5th Arkansas Regiment serving from 1861 until 1865. William M. MCKINNEY was born 1838, son of Alexander and Nancy McKinney. He enlisted in Company "D" Arkansas 9th Regiment in 1861. Samuel H. MCKINNY was born 1846. He enlisted in Company "B" Monroe's Arkansas Cavalry. Wife: Mrs. L. G. C. (Jarratt). He died December 4, 1874. Burial: Holly Springs Cem. Bradley County, Arkansas. Angus C. MCLEOD enlisted in Company "C" Arkansas Infantry serving from 1861 - 1865. Wife Lexa C. King. He died February 20, 1891. F. M. MCMANUS enlisted in Company "F" 8th Missouri Cavalry serving until 1862. Pinkney Euphratus MCMURRY was born in Washington County, Florida, a son of David and Lizzie Nichols McMurry. He enlisted in the Mississippi Infantry serving from 1864 - 1865. He married Miss Laura Trice, April 1, 1873 in Butler County, Alabama. Date of death unknown. Burial: McFarland Cemetery, Bradley County, Arkansas. Children: 1. William T. 2. Raymond W. 3. John J. 4. T. T. 5. James H. 6. C. C. 7. J. F. 8. L. H. 9. Viola m. John Durmon John Wesley MCNABB was born March 5, 1838, in Murry County, Tennessee, the son of James and Elizabeth Powell McNabb. He married (1) Phariby Ann Amason, daughter of Eli and Pollie Amason (2) Nancy Amason. He joined the army in June and served in Company "E" McRaes Infantry and was released at Marshall, Texas May 1865. He was a Democrat, a Baptist and died July 8, 1925. Burial: Shady Grove Cem. MEEK was born in York County, South Carolina September 13, 1827, a son of Eli and Martha Starr Meek. He was a member of Company "I" 2nd Arkansas Infantry and served during the war. Rank: Private. He married Alzara Emmeline O'Neal, a daughter of Raiford and Nancy Railey O'Neal, January 1, 1867 in Bradley County, Arkansas. He enlisted in Company "E" 9th Arkansas Infantry serving until 1864. He married Cynthia Elizabeth Haygood, daughter of Franklin and Frona Haygood, August 21 in Ashley County, Arkansas. Orrilia F. NEAL enlisted in Company "C" 36th Arkansas serving from 1864 - 1865. He married Mollie E. Thornton, daughter of James A. Thornton, in Bradley County. He died February 11, 1885. James Franklin NEELY was born june 26, 1836 in York County, South Carolina, the son of William and Cynthia Sturgis Neely, Sr. He joined the army in October 18862 and served in Company "C" 5th Arkansas Infantry. He was paroled at Charlotte, North Carolina April 1865. Rank: Private. He was a Democrat and a Presbyterian. He died December 14, 1917. William Jackson NEELY was born August 6, 1844 in York County, South Carolina, son of William Henry and Frances A. Schooley Neely. He married Martha E. Wherry daughter of Thomas and Martha Workman Wherry, December 14, 1865. He enlisted in Company "H" 12th South Carolina Infantry serving from 1862 - 1865. He died February 26, 1884. He died July 24, 1897. Burial: Zion Hill Cemetery east of Henderson, Texas. Henry Green NICHOLS was born February 14, 1836 in Burk County, Georgia, the son of Charles and Vesta Trapnell Nichols. He married 6, 1866 and served in Company "A" Mississippi Infantry and was paroled at Camp Douglas 1865. he was a Democrat and died March 2, 1922. Burial: McFarland Cem. Bradley County, Arkansas. Children: 1. Pinkney Carolina m. Frank Gough J. I. NICHOLS enlisted in Company "H" 19th Alabama Infantry serving from 1861 - 1865. John Q. NICHOLS Wife: Mary M. No information. Bradley County, Arkansas. Service record unavailable. Guilford E. O'NEAL was born 1836 in Choctaw County, Alabama, the son of Raiford and Nancy Raley O'Neal. He married Charlotte Jane Frazier, daughter of Benjamin Darby and Rhoda Jane Frazier, January 30, 1861 in Bradley County, Arkansas. He enlisted at Warren and is thought to have been killed in the Battle of Mark's Mill. Rank: Captain. Children: 1. Sarah Louann James Atlas O'NEAL was born 1834 in Choctaw County, Alabama, the son of Raiford and Nancy Raley O'Neal. He married Mary Jane Temple, daughter of John and Sarah Judge Temple, 1856 in Bradley County, Arkansas. He enlisted in Company "C" 19th Regiment of Arkansas Volunteers and served from 1862 until May 1865. He was a Baptist and died December 12, 1886. Burial: Ebenezer Cem. Bradley County, Arkansas.
